Boider began in April 2010 as a company called Cabiros. According to Greek mythology, two creatures named cabiros were the principal helpers of Hephaestus, the god of work. The company was founded to work hard for clients and offer simple, efficient solutions in design and marketing. In 2012, the decision was made to focus exclusively on the healthcare community, and the name was changed to Boider. Boider is acronym of Boethos Ideas Egasia, which roughly translates to activities that help to develop ideas. The new name reflects the company’s mission to help clients develop their business ideas.


Why the Healthcare Community?

Over the years, more and more clients in the healthcare community have expressed concerns over the use of new technologies, social media, privacy, etc. As we mention in the Marketing section, good communication is more than just choosing the right words. It’s very important to use the right channels that reflect your unique voice and views. At the same time, you want to be in sync with your target audience and understand what they think about, how they communicate, and what they like so you can offer content they will respond to.



Our process is very simple.

1.     We gather as much information as we can about your business, goals, resources, and clients.

2.     We analyze the information and propose specific solutions about what tools to use and how to use them, as well as suggestions about design to maximize your results.

3.     We implement the system in your company and gather data (analytics, internal feedback, etc.). Once we have the data, we repeat the process by gathering new information, analyzing your new goals and testing them out, and so on.




Lastly, since many of the decisions you will probably make about your business nowadays are based on HIPPA , we have proudly teamed up with the Delacerna Law Firm in New York City.


From the beginning our company has focused in good, clean design. Cluttered websites are a common problem in the Healthcare Community. Most times it’s not about the quantity of the information, but about the poor distribution of that information.

At Boider we believe that a good design should add to your message and not take anything away from it. Our passion for design comes from a deep understanding on how things work and from looking for constant efficiency.


Over the last decade the way people do businesses have changed drastically. The way we communicate with each other has also changed. The many channels we have to our disposal can be overwhelming. So can you really “make it” when you compete with everybody else’s attention?

The answer is yes. There are many strategies you can follow, but most of them (at least the ones we know) come from an understanding of who you are and who you want to communicate with.
